I'm Nikita. For close to two decades, cocaine and alcohol ran my life. Seven years ago I decided to stop — not forever, just for that day, and then I did it again. The gym became the place I put all that obsessive energy, and it gave it back with interest.
I'm 44 now and compete as a CPA bodybuilder. My long-term goal is to earn my pro card. ODAT is what this journey has grown into — the apparel, the podcast, the movement.

ODAT was born the day I decided to stop. Two decades of cocaine and alcohol, and then one decision — repeated every single morning since. Everything on this site is built on top of that decision. Recovery is not the backstory here, it is the product.

Motivation is a mood. Discipline is a rep count. The addiction did not leave because I felt inspired; it left because I kept showing up to the gym on the days I felt nothing at all. Train like that and the results have no choice.

Good training apparel starts with attention to detail. We are reviewing samples, refining the fit, and checking stitching and logo placement with our manufacturing partner before the first production run.
