Products and preorders
The first collection is sold by preorder. Payment is taken when you place your order. Items ship after production, arrival in Canada, and final checks. Our manufacturer estimates roughly 7–10 weeks from the production deposit to arrival in Windsor. The production start date is not yet confirmed, and delivery to the customer takes additional time. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date. We will email production updates and tracking when dispatched.
Review the product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address and order total before placing an order. Final garment measurements and size charts are still being confirmed; contact us before ordering if you need sizing help.
Prices, payment and delivery
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and any valid discount are shown at checkout before payment. Card payments are processed through Stripe. We currently accept delivery orders within Canada; available shipping services and charges are shown for your delivery address at checkout.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy allows cancellation of an unshipped preorder and return requests within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed and undamaged apparel with original tags. Customers pay sizing or change-of-mind return postage; original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For incorrect or defective items, ODAT arranges an appropriate replacement or refund and covers agreed return postage. Size exchanges depend on available stock. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Contact info@odat.online with your order number before returning an item. We will provide instructions and a return address. Do not send returns to our manufacturer. Read our Refund and Returns Policy for the full terms.
Privacy and customer rights
We use your order details to process payment, arrange delivery and provide customer service. Marketing email subscriptions are separate from order emails and can be cancelled through the unsubscribe link. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
