Who we are
ODAT Bodybuilding operates odatbodybuilding.com through 13035352 Canada Inc. For privacy questions and requests, contact info@odat.online or write to 3003 Meadowbrook, Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Orders, accounts and support
When you order or contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, telephone number, purchased items, order history and message contents. We use it to process payments, fulfil preorders, send production and delivery updates, arrange shipping, handle returns and answer questions. If you create an account, we also use your account information to manage sign-in and saved order details.
Payments
Stripe processes payments and payment information, including information needed to authorize payments, prevent fraud and process refunds. ODAT receives transaction details and payment status to manage orders. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy for its handling of payment information.
Email subscriptions
Our signup form uses Kit to collect your email address and signup information and send the offers and updates you request. Subscribing to marketing emails is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails. Order confirmations, production updates, shipping messages and customer support replies are separate from marketing subscriptions.
Essential cookies and site operation
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies and session information for the cart, checkout, account sign-in and website operation. Cart cookies include woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart, which last for the browser session. The wp_woocommerce_session_* cookie connects your browser with cart information, normally for two days for guests and seven days for signed-in customers. WPConsent stores your cookie choice for 30 days. Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to operate and protect the website. Essential cookies remain enabled when you reject marketing cookies.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
With your marketing consent, we use Meta Pixel through PixelYourSite to measure advertising and website activity. It can share page visits, product interactions, cart or checkout activity and purchase events, along with browser/device details, IP address and advertising identifiers, with Meta. Meta may use this information to measure ads, personalize advertising and associate activity with a Meta account under Meta’s Privacy Policy. The _fbp cookie identifies a browser for advertising measurement and generally lasts three months. An _fbc identifier may also be used when a visitor follows a Meta advertisement.
Meta tracking is blocked until you select Accept All or enable Marketing in Cookie Preferences. Choose Reject to keep marketing disabled. You can change your choice anytime through the Cookie Preferences button; a withdrawn choice blocks tracking on subsequent page loads. Your browser settings can also remove previously stored cookies. Rejecting marketing cookies does not stop you from shopping.
Service providers and disclosure
We use IONOS for hosting and mailbox services, Stripe for payments, Kit for subscribed marketing emails, and delivery providers to ship orders. These services receive information required to perform their work. With your marketing consent, Meta receives advertising measurement information described above. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Service providers may process or store information outside Canada, where different privacy laws apply and authorities may access information under local law. Their own privacy notices describe their processing. Contact us with questions about our use of service providers.
Retention and protection
We retain order, account and support information as needed to fulfil orders, provide support, manage disputes and meet accounting, tax and other legal requirements. Cookie durations are described above and in Cookie Preferences. We use access controls and security measures to protect personal information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
Contact info@odat.online to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about retention, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity before acting. Some information must be retained for legal requirements or to complete an order; we will explain relevant limits when responding. You can also raise concerns with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Policy updates
We will publish changes here and update the effective date. Material changes to how we use personal information will be communicated where appropriate.
