Preorders
ODAT Bodybuilding sells fitness apparel through odatbodybuilding.com. Preorder payment is taken at checkout. Preorder items ship after production, arrival in Canada and our final checks. Our manufacturer estimates roughly 7–10 weeks from the production deposit to arrival in Windsor; the production start date is not yet confirmed. Delivery to the customer takes additional time.
Preorder cancellations
You may request cancellation of an unshipped preorder by emailing info@odat.online with your order number. An approved cancellation will be refunded to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the returns process below applies.
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags attached. Trying on an item indoors to check fit is acceptable. Include your order number and the item you wish to return.
Return shipping
Contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the return address and instructions. Do not send items to our manufacturer. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind or sizing return. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Original delivery charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact info@odat.online promptly with your order number and photographs. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the agreed return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm whether the requested size is available. If an exchange cannot be arranged, eligible returned items can be refunded.
Refunds
We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Contact us if an expected refund has not arrived.
